SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping: 

We send all parcels with Post Economy and charge CHF 7.- delivery costs.

Delivery currently only possible within Switzerland and Lichtenstein.  

Returns: 

Ordered goods can be returned within 7 days if they are unused and undamaged. If you decide to return an article, please inform us in advance in writing by email.

You pay the shipping costs for the return. We will then refund the amount of your order as soon as possible. 

Customers have the opportunity to personally bring the return back to the store.
